Welcome to Sawela Lodges. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Reservations:
All reservations are confirmed upon payment or guarantee. A valid credit card or payment is required to secure your booking. Guest names must match valid identification.
Check-in and Check-out:
Check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before check-in for free cancellation. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the first night's rate. Special promotions may have different cancellation terms.
Payment Policy:
We accept cash, credit cards, and mobile money (M-Pesa). Payment is due upon check-out unless otherwise arranged. Advance payment may be required for peak seasons or special events.
Guest Responsibilities:
Guests are responsible for any damage to property caused during their stay. Quiet hours must be observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Pets are not allowed unless specifically permitted.
Liability:
Sawela Lodges is not liable for any loss or damage to guest property. Guests are encouraged to use safe deposit boxes for valuable items.
Changes to Terms:
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of these terms.
